I'm 65, fit and 190#; have not skied in 8 yrs (but been doing XC all this time). PSIA since I was 18; did Chevy freestyle circuit and like to ski FAST with long carved GS turns. What are a few good options for me?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Mike,
I do not think you want these Adjustable Rocker technology skis... I think you will want something a little more hard charging. These Avenger skis: http://www.the-house.com/8962roa76bta12zz-rossignol-ski-packages.html or the Progressors: http://www.the-house.com/8955fip8r12pwb13zz-fischer-ski-packages.html are going to be more to your taste.
I'm 6'3" with a muscular build (240#). I'm in the midwest and ski at an upper intermediate to advanced level. (I used to be advanced... but not as risky as I used to be now that I'm 41!) I'm on a budget, but looking for new skis. Would the 182's and bindings in this package work for me? Thanks...

BEST ANSWER: Good Day!
The Fischer Hybrid Series of skis are certainly unique. I spoke to our specialists and we had mixed reviews about the effectiveness of the rocker/camber tech. Some really really liked it, and a couple thought it silly. I think the 182 would work for you well, though our ski specialist thought they will be on the shorter end of what a truly advanced skier might want.
I'm 67, 5'9" and 150 lbs, trained with DCL west for many years and no longer skiing aggressively. Is 168 cm a good match? Also please elaborate power rail bindings
