Trying to decide between the Nordica OMW, Armada AR7 and Armada pipe cleaner for my 15 year old son who spends most of his time racing but wants something lightweight to have fun in the park. which one of these would you suggest?
Alison P on Nov 15, 2014
Best Answer: Hey Alison.

I'd say that all three are great options. Nordica has a race background so the OMW will perform well in the park and sturdy on the groomers. Armada is a park and freeride focused company. The AR7 is their flagship everday park ski that has remained one of the best in the biz for more than a decade. The Pipecleaner is one of the best pipe specific skis. If your son is going to be spending most of his time in the pipe and boosting huge hits then this is the ski for him.

Hope this helps. Have a great winter!

What do you think of the Nordica OMW as an all-mountain east-coast ski?
A shopper on Nov 5, 2014
Best Answer: Hey there!

I'd say if you are looking for a lively camber ski the Nordica OMW is the ski for you. It's jibby and playful but can roll over on edge to grip and rip which will suit you well out east. It's a solid pick up.

Have fun out there!
