Looking at these for my son who is 4'8 and 75 lbs. He is a decent skier but not advanced. Do you recommend?
Susan S on Jan 26, 2015
Best Answer: I bought these ski and are using them currently in my second season. I am a ski patroller and they perform very well for me. Have been happy with their performance in all different types of terrain. The bindings have performed very well. It takes a lot for me to come out, but have released well the couple of times I have needed them to. If I was looking for another set of skis, would definitely purchase these again. Hope to see you on the Hill.

My wife is 5'6" and 110lbs. Can she ride these?
David G on Dec 17, 2014
Best Answer: Hey there.

I can't really answer that question sufficiently with the provided information. What type (I, II, or III) of skier is she? Where will you all be skiing and what type of skiing will you be doing?

The K2 Strike Skis w/ Marker Fastrack 2 10.0 Bindings are youth boys skis. I would not purchase these for your wife.

K2 does offer some tremendous Women's Specific Ski Packages. Check them out here:

http://www.the-house.com/ski-packages-womens-k2.html

An intermediate female skier at her height and weight should look at skis in the 160-165cm length range.

Please let me know if I can assist any further. Have a stellar winter and LET IT SNOW!
