I am 5' 11'' what is correct pole length and what bindings do you recommend for a semi advanced CC skier?

Best Answer: If you are an adult or close to high school age that ski is not appropriate, it is geared to a middle school age person or younger.
there is a junior binding that goes with the ski the Start Sprint which is mounted on a Start Sprint Plate. Are you choosing a pole for classic or skating.
if Classic pole should reach the middle of the ball of your shoulder. If skating pole should reach some where between chin and lips.
