are bindings mounted on the skis?

Generally ski/binding packages will need to be mounted. These K2 Indy Kids Skis are different however, and will have the bindings pre-mounted to the ski. You are good to go!

The Marker Fastrak2 4.5 Bindings are "demo" bindings, meaning they are adjustable and will fit a wide range of kids/youth boot sizes.
