Description: Salomon Snowscape 7 Cross Country Skis

Designed with the new skier in mind, the Salomon Snowscape 7 cross country skis are perfect for nordic slopes. Made with optimized camber, the Snowscape skis are light enough to move securely, while also stable enough for novices to learn as they go. In addition, the skis combine a camber short length G2 grip with a G1 base, making it easy to float outside of the beginner tracks, but slim enough that you can fit between the tracks when necessary. Available in more than one size, these are a great option for those looking to learn quickly.

Key Features of the Salomon Snowscape 7 Cross Country Skis:
  • Optimized camber
  • S-Cut
  • G2 Plus
  • G1 base
  • Densolite 1000
  • Sidecut: 59/ 55/ 51/ 55

I'm 5'6" and 150 lbs - what is the best size Snowscape 7 for me?
A shopper on Jan 27, 2015
Best Answer: You can find information about ski sizing online because there are charts readily available for Salomon skis. I do not want to mislead you in purchasing the wrong size. I asked knowledgeable people before buying the skis about size and that was months ago. If you have problems reading charts and diagrams, then asking the seller or the manufacturer are the best sources for answers. Plus you might want to rent some skis first and get a feel for the skis before buying. If you find out that you are in between sizes (like I was) then just use your best judgement. I recommend that you rent any type of XC ski to experience how ski length and your stride while skiing work. You may find that a shorter ski works better for you than a longer one. Thank you.
